As new realities hit about daily life during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was astounded by how quickly people, including my coworkers, found ways to help. I was inspired by their selflessness and proposed an idea to create a series of posts on our company’s social media channels to spotlight coworkers pitching in to help. The launch post for this series recognizes associates who were making masks for first responders, patients, family, and friends. These posts link to feature articles on our company blog. My goals with our spotlight series were to express gratitude for our associates, provide support, and inspire others.
